I have been considering publishing a cemetery book about a small cemetery in northwest Missouri where many of my ancestors were buried.

I would include a history of the cemetery, brief biographies of ancestors buried there, and photographs of tombstones.  I think there’s a great demand for this type of book because for many people, actually traveling to a distant cemetery is difficult if not impossible.
